^като слушам тази музика и се сетих, за Ambient саундтракът на една от любимите ми игри Deus Ex - един от най-добрите и добре пасващи саундтракове на игри, които съм чувал (редом, примерно с Little Big Adventure 2). Музиката в Deus Ex не е записана и смесена, а е в .mod(.xm) тракерски формат, който се смесва от процесора в релано време (защото музиката е динамична и се променя в зависимост от действието).

Peter Baumann - This Day

Peter Baumann (born January 29, 1953 in Berlin) formed the core line-up of the German electronic group Tangerine Dream with Edgar Froese and Christopher Franke in 1971. While touring with the band, Baumann composed his first solo album in 1976. Shortly thereafter, in 1977, he left the band and started his own solo career.

Christopher Franke - The London Concert

Christopher Franke (born Berlin, 6 April 1953) was a member of the German electronic group Tangerine Dream with Edgar Froese and Peter Baumann from 1970. He originally played drums, but began playing synthesizers as the group moved away from its psychedelic rock origins. Since his departure in 1988, he has founded the Sonic Images record label, the Earthtone New Age Music label and the Berlin Symphonic Film Orchestra, and produced a number of solo works. He moved to Los Angeles, California in 1991 to pursue film work. He also served as the composer for the science fiction television series Babylon 5.

This is the video from the Live Concert in London, October 1991, that became Christopher Franke's album "The London Concert". The concert was performed by Christopher Franke and Edgar Rothermich (aka Richard E. Roth) and it was the only live show by Christopher Franke after he left Tangerine Dream.

Klaus Schulze (born August 4, 1947 in Berlin, Germany) is a German electronic art music composer and musician. He has also used the alias Richard Wahnfried. He was briefly a member of the electronic bandTangerine Dream as well as cofounding Ash Ra Tempel before a pioneering and prolific solo career of 40+ albums (totalling 110+ CDs) in 30+ years.

In 1969, Klaus Schulze was the drummer of one of the early incarnations of Tangerine Dream for their debut album Electronic Meditation. In 1970 he left this group to form Ash Ra Tempel with Manuel Göttsching. In 1971, he chose again to leave a newly-formed group after only one album, this time to mount a solo career.

In 1972, Schulze released his debut album Irrlicht with organ and a recording of an orchestra filtered almost beyond recognition. Despite the lack of synthesizers, this proto-ambient work is regarded as a milestone in electronic music. The follow up, Cyborg, was similar but added the EMS Synthi A synthesizer. Some highlights of his early career are Moondawn (1976), Mirage (1977) and Dune (1979). He often took aspects of German culture and history as a starting point in his compositions, particularly on his album “X” (the title signifying it was his tenth album) in 1978 which was subtitled ‘Six Musical Biographies,’ including such notables as Ludwig II of Bavaria, Friedrich Nietzsche, and Wilhelm Friedemann Bach.
