При този дълъг списък ще трябва да си взема платен отпуск за да изпълня желанието ти...

Има някои интересни попадения, но не бих ги посочил, защото директно ще повлияя върху тъговската им стойност, а това не бих желал да се случва.

За нискочестотни цели стават почти всички, ако са за собствени проекти. Мине не мине време и в света някоя ламБа започва да е "търсена" . Ето как например ECC85, която е за VHF употреба, сега се търси в Япония от Hi-Fi/HiEnd любители... Всичко зависи от знанията и възможностите и не на последно място от конюктурата.

Само да отбележа, че звукотехниката и електроакустиката съвсем не са елементарни, и изискват сериозни познания. Придобилото широко разпространение движение "copy/paste" не води до качестевени резултати и често има обратен ефект на очаквания. Още повече, че ламБите отдавна не се изучават и хората които ги разбират вече са много малко. Повече са тези които си мислят, че ги разбират, но това не е технически въпрос.

Не на последно място - ЛАМПИТЕ СА ОПАСНИ! Високите работни напрежения могат да причинят сериозни увреждания, понякога с летален изход!

 

Примерно след 2-3 години ще науча, кое, как и защо...

Завиждам на увереността ти. След 35 години упорито учене и квалифициране тези 2-3 години ми се струват доста имагинерни. Е, има и гении, рядко, но има.

За съжеление мисля, че това е просто увлечение. Знам, колко е трудно /ок, поне си представям/ и точно това ще ме спре да се развия в тази насока, но поне нещо като обща култура. Семейна черта е електрониката. Хубавото в тока, е че като хванеш логиката, всичко си се подрежда много готино

Аз като гледах, колко трансформатори трябва, за зареждането на няколко лампи.... Пък, като ги чух включени ме побиха тръпки... яко жица За сега най-голямата опасност, е да изпусна някоя и да се нарежа на стъклото

 

Малко вероятно да ги продавам, зависи де... ако на някой упорито му трябват... и да, има известни модели, които и на мен ми правят впечатление...Избирам ги по големина и покритие. Цяла книжка си имам даже .

 

бтв. всичко е немско. Сигурно с 1-2 изключения, но преобладават сименс, валво, лоренц и телефункен.

All about power tubes:

 

The 6V6 is known for its sweet overdrive at low volumes, and it can be found in lower-wattage American amps such as the Fender Champ, Princeton, and Deluxe, as well as the Gibson GA6.

 

At the heart of the revered Vox AC30 is the EL84 (aka 6BQ5 and 7189), which possesses a rich, warm tone with tons of sustain and top-end chime.

 

A big part of the “American” sound, 6L6 tubes produce a “glassy” or “airy” sound at the top-end, and are found in a wide variety of amps from 40 watts on up—including most Fenders.

 

Designed in the early ’50s for heavy-duty audio applications such as P.A. systems, the 5881 shares some tonal characteristics with the 6L6, but it has a more bluesy sound, as favored by early rock and rollers and old-school blues players. (This is the tube that powered the early Fender 4x10 Bassman.) Vintage Tung-Sol 5881s are known for their distinctive, twangy “Texas” tone.

 

The Ampeg sound was often driven by 7027s, and, after being out of production for a while, these high-power tubes are back. If you own an Ampeg amp that uses 7027s, you can reportedly replace the bottle with any tube in the 6L6 family without a modification—as long as you check the bias adjustment.

 

A direct 6L6 drop-in (again, with a bias adjustment), the KT66 has a more buttery top end, a looser bottom, and is heralded for its role in Eric Clapton’s “Beano”-era Bluesbreakers tone. Hence, it’s perfect for vintage amps such as the the Marshall Bluesbreaker combo.

 

The EL34 (aka 6CA7) tube emphasizes the mids, and it is a huge part of the brawny “Brit Rock” sound of Marshall and Hiwatt amps.

 

The KT77 is a direct replacement for the EL34, but it can also be used in place of a 6L6 to get the “British” sound with nothing more than a bias adjust on your amp.

 

For a while in the 1980s, Marshall replaced its standard EL34s with 6550s for American export models. Soon after the switch, many hard-rock musicians—pleased with the stability, road-readiness, and bare-knuckles sound of 6550s—began modifying their old EL34-based Marshalls to take 6550s.

 

The KT88 is a direct replacement for the 6550, but it can handle higher plate voltages, and possibly yield a bit more power.

In order to keep the subject matter concise and relevant to VHT amplifier models, we'll break these tube types down into 3 basic categories:

 

High power output: KT88, KT90, 6550

 

Although not widely used in the guitar amp industry, we find them to be ideally suited to players who want power punch and articulation. They are used in a variety of configurations, mostly in pairs and quartets and in some cases, sextets. They are capable of delivering 100 watts per pair and this is the typical application in which they are applied at VHT in the Two/Ninety/Two and Twenty One Fifty power amps. Quartets of 6550's are used in the Pittbull Ultra-Lead and are more conservatively operated at about 60 watts per pair. Because of the high output capability and efficiency of these tubes, amplifiers that use them exhibit a wide dynamic range, lots of low end power, crisp attack and to quote Guitar Player Magazine "miles of headroom".

 

Medium power output: EL34, 6L6

 

These are the standard bearers of the majority of the tube guitar amp industry for the last 30 years or so. Typical output for a pair is 50 watts. We use EL34’s in the Twenty One Hundred power amp, Two/Fifty/Two power amp, Hundred CLX head, Hundred/CL head, Fifty/CL head, Fifty/ST head and Fifty/Twelve combo. EL34’s are harmonically rich sounding tubes with a strong upper midrange which complements guitar voicing very nicely. When driven hard they exhibit a smooth transition into distortion while maintaining clarity and good tone quality. All VHT amps that use EL34’s can be switched over to 6L6 operation. 6L6’s generally sound a little cleaner than EL34’s and tend to have a bit more beef in the low end as well as more bite on the top. Some players prefer the extra clarity and punch of these tubes. Others just like them because they are used to the 6L6 sound. We will ship any of the above models with 6L6’s installed by special request. However, we prefer the sound of EL34’s in our amps and these are what the above models are shipped with as standard equipment.

 

Low power output: EL84

 

This great sounding and economical tube, has had quite resurgence in popularity in recent years due to its increased availability. Typically used in quartets and run in Class A mode, they are good for about 30 watts or 40 to 45 watts in Class A/B. They basically sound like a small screaming EL34 with a rich fat midrange voice and great distortion tone. We use this tube in the Pittbull Forty-Five series heads and combos.

^ като отваряш дума за бредове, само аз ли не харесвам Руби,

попадам на кофти такива ( вкл нови и дефетирали!) и или нещо не са ми по вкуса ( не съм сигурен),

а може и да съм предубеден, знам ли.

Еми не съм попадал на такива. Пробвал съм и на са ми харесали: Совтек, Груув, Меса, разни нонеймки. Харесвам JJ, Electro Harmonix, сега ще видим тия новите. Ще пиша след тестовете.
